The MSWDO extends financial assistance to indigent individuals and families. This service covers food, medical, and burial assistance to indigent clients and families.

Service Schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Process
Step 1
Write name and the purpose of the visit on a client logbook
PROVIDER
Instruct client to fIll-in the logbook
TIME: 1 minute
RESPONSIBLE PERSON: MSWD Staff
Step 2
Submit yourself to an interview and Give all the necessary information and cooperation during the interview
PROVIDER
Conduct interview and accomplishes the AICS form to enable client to avail of the assistance requested
Review and processing of papers and other documents
TIME: 15 minutes per client
RESPONSIBLE PERSON: MSWD Staff
Step 3
Wait for the advice of the issuance of the requested assistance
TIME: 1 hour - for Emergency cases 1 - 2 months for regular cases
Step 4
Client directly receives financial assistance
PROVIDER
Refer client to the office of the treasurer for the release of financial assistance
TIME: 5 minutes per client
